xA inspiração para o design das suas luzes vem de uma visita à vila piscatória japonesa de Gifu, onde Noguchi observou os pescadores a trabalhar. Não utilizam apenas corvos-marinhos treinados para a caça, mas também lanternas para atrair os peixes. Estas lanternas tinham hastes de bambu, revestidas com papel fino.
Aproveitou o design destas lanternas tradicionais para criar esculturas de luz em madeira e papel. Para o Candeeiro de Chão Akari, o designer utiliza papel extraído da amoreira, pois suaviza a luz, tornando-a suave e distribuindo-a uniformemente.
Instruções de compra: Este produto passa por um meticuloso processo de colagem manual com papel e cola. Como resultado, poderá notar pequenos vestígios de cola ao longo da borda do candeeiro. Note que isto é considerado normal e não constitui um problema de qualidade.

Overall, there are roughly 2 situations
If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
