SHIPPING POLICY

 

Where is the item located?

Our offices are in the US, our factories are in China.

Your package may be shipped in China, the United States to its destination.

If the US warehouses are out of stock, your package will be shipped to the destination by the warehouse in China.

What is your lead time?

Most orders are received in 4-8 weeks from order to delivery.

Add a few days for custom orders.

Package preparation time?

After receiving your order request, we usually need 3-4 working days to prepare the package, but some larger items need 7-12 working days to prepare.

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

I need an item by a certain date!

Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as the parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion with the courier company to deliver your order timely. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.

We can offer to expedite the shipment with DHL or Fedex. Please obtain a quote from us before you order. many cases, if the order is expedited, it can be received within 7-12 days at the earliest.

If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

How much does shipping cost? 

All our packages are free shipping, if you need faster shipping service, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Address / Delivery Issues

In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier on resolving shipment issues. This may also involve the recipient picking up the parcel at the courier’s office. We do our best to Liaise with the courier, but due to varying time zones and different languages, the problem is resolved much more quickly with the recipient’s involvement.

Non Deliveries / Returned Delivery

If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel – this will be calculated and communicated before re-sending.

If the customer decides that they would like a full refund instead, a refund can be issued only when the returned parcel is received and the original postage costs to send the parcel will be deducted from the purchase price.

United States and Canada

Orders are typically received in 28-40 days Canadian customers/ in 25-50 days American customers from date of order.

Australia and New Zealand

FREE shipping for any order.

Shipping time with China Post Air Parcel 25-50 days or EMS 5-20 days + handling time.

Who pays the import Tax and VAT?

In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with buyer to provide paper work. Please be aware that each destination country has different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you belong to the Canada and the United States, we will ship by UPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will pay your import duties)

This service is limited to selection: standard shipping channels

If it is a European customer, we may choose a suitable express to transport the package to the destination: including but not limited to, China Post, UPS, EMS express or other express, all import duties need to be paid by the buyer

Special attention: Please choose standard shipping channels for Britain, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Hungary, otherwise the customs may impose expensive import duties.

Are express options available?

Yes! Express options incur additional fees, please email us with your order and destination, we will then calculate a customized postage cost.
