REFUND POLICY
Overall, there are roughly 2 situations:
1. If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
2. If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.
We are certain that you will adore your yiarolight.com order when it arrives, but if you don't for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page or just reply the shipping update emails and we will make it right.
30-Day Return and Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Initiating a Return:
To start a return, contact us at info@yiarolight.com.
- Return Process:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Prior to initiating a return, please contact us to discuss the return plan tailored to your situation. We aim to ensure a seamless return experience.
Shipping Costs:
- Non-Refundable:
Shipping costs are non-refundable if we have fulfilled our delivery obligations. Refunds are available if the package is not shipped.
- Customer-Responsible Returns:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Reasons include:
- The product does not meet expectations.
- The size is too small or too large.
- The color does not meet expectations.
- Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
- Wrong item or quantity ordered.
- Not reading the product description thoroughly.
Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation:
- Order confirmation will be sent immediately after placing the order.
- Shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7 days after order confirmation.

Order Cancellation:
Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
Partial/Full Refund & Replacement Eligibility:
- Customers are entitled to a refund for returns in the following cases:
- Items different from the description.
- The product is damaged due to quality problems or transportation.
- Any item not delivered within 90 days.
- We will not issue a refund if any of the following occurs:
- Your order is not delivered due to factors within your control (e.g. providing an incorrect delivery address).
- You have not provided full proof of damage to the item, full proof is required as follows:
1. Packaging photos: the photos must show the item in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Damage photos: photos of the damaged part of the item.
3. Provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. A description of the item's damage due to shipping.
- If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is not damaged.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Products beyond the 30-day return window.
- Purchases over $5,000.
- Customized products.
- Misunderstandings of clearly indicated non-discounted items. In simpler terms, it means that even though it's clear some items are not on sale or not eligible for discounts, customers might still mistakenly believe they should be, causing a pricing misunderstanding.
- For items not eligible for return refunds, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee from your refund amount.
Return Policy Steps:
- Step 1: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.
- Step 2: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at info@yiarolight.com.
- Step 3: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.
- Step 4: We provide the return address and shipment labeling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.
- Step 5: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
- Step 6: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
- Step 7: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.
- Step 8: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.
If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.
Refund Process:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days. For more accurate information, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds:

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
