xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

I just received the product and the black color matches nicely with the furniture. I played with a few of the settings which were pretty neat. Ill have more of an evaluation once I actually use the lamp for reading and computer work, but first impressions are high.

These are basically fine and functional. They are a little smaller than expected but ood reading height next to a chair or sofa. Best for spot reading; theydo not provde general room illumination.

My living room has north facing windows and I get very little good natural light. I do a lot of needlepoint, knitting, watercolor and embroidery, often using dark colors and I needed a really good floor lamp. After reading all the positive reviews, I selected the Pivot Ease Floor Lamp. The cost was perfect for my price range. Yiarolight always provides fast shipping and the lamp arrived just in time when I was starting a new knitting project. For such a budget-priced lamp, it sure packs a punch and I honestly couldnt be more pleased. I had set aside a black beaded silk yarn shawl project because of the poor lighting in my living room, but with this floor lamp this project will be a thousand times easier with great light. The lamp is everything I needed and more. I love it so much Ive sent the website link to fellow crafter friends.

Perfect lamp to use with in my home office, which is a bit dark. It provides bright light that makes it easy to read some of the smaller print documents I use for work.
