If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

Beautiful! I bought two for our kitchen remodel and Im upset that I waited a while to order! These were perfectly paired with our kitchen chandelier.

So cute. Kind of difficult to install on a vaulted ceiling but it had a ton of extra length so we were able to come up with the perfect length for our space. Such a great update for our ugly gold chandelier in the entry way before.

My husband wasnt impressed when he pulled those lamps out of the boxes. He wasnt even gonna try them, said they look small and cheap. Well, I insisted that he puts them up to see how they look with our design. And I was right, they look GREAT! Absolutely love them! Glad I didnt send them back!

Absolutely still in love with these lights one year later, original bulbs included still working. They make my kitchen so beautiful, great mood lighting vs the bright lights in the kitchen. Easy to follow instructions, my husband is by no means an electrician and he installed in less than an hour. I just removed the globes for deep cleaning and it was a 20 minute process max. Very pleased with this purchase!
