If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

These lights are so beautiful in person. They go perfectly in my kitchen. My husband put the lights up and he said it was fairly easy. Get these lights.

I put this chandelier at my front door foyer, and I get compliments of every family or friends that enter my home. The glass and gold trimmings are beautiful together especially when they are lit.

I hemmed and hawed about whether or not to purchase these pendant lights. Ultimately I am glad that I did. I was hesitant to buy them because they looked a tad too big in the photos. I do have a nice sized kitchen island that includes the sink so I wanted to avoid lights that would have been too small to adequately light the island but I didnt want lights that would have been too big and garishly bright. They wound up being the perfect size. That said, they are smaller than I was expecting. Individually, they dont throw a ton of light but the three lights together in combination with my kitchens recessed lights sufficiently light my island.
