xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

We use the following trusted couriers to ship your products: Fedex, UPS and DHL. all taxes and fees are included in the product price.
If you need to purchase an item by a specific date, contact us for a quote on expedited shipping. Once the package has left us, the courier company will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to deliver your order in a timely manner. If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

Way prettier in person. We had some issues installing only because there was a fluorescent light above the sink before and little to no bracing in the bulkhead above. Not the light fixtures fault. Very happy with this!

I really like its easy to install and its a beautiful light fixture. This light looks perfect for my kitchen island. Its looks so luxury. These lights are well worth the money for the price. In person, they look even better. They're classy and eye-catching. I've received numerous compliments.

I love these. They are beautiful and came quickly. Unfortunately, I have to return them as the beams and metal bars in my ceiling are preventing me from installing them with the right spacing over my small peninsula.
