x J'étais à la Foire de Francfort pour présenter ma nouvelle collection conçue à partir de circuits LED. J'ai vu une Japonaise pointer mes lampes du doigt en répétant « wa wa ». Je me suis approché d'elle et, curieuse, je lui ai demandé la raison. Elle m'a répondu que « wa » signifiait « parfait ». Touché, je l'ai remerciée. J'ai regardé la lampe, qui n'avait toujours pas de nom, et j'ai décidé de l'appeler « Wa Wa ».

If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
