xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

If you need to purchase an item by a specific date, contact us for a quote on expedited shipping. Once the package has left us, the courier company will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to deliver your order in a timely manner. Overall, there are roughly 2 situations
If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

The light definitely is enough to light up a dark room. I used it next to my reading chair and its perfect size. The base is very substantial and heavy.

Nice bright, targeted reading lamp -- or spotlight. It's not very tall, but the compact size is perfect for reading while seated. It came broken down in a surprisingly compact package, but assembly was easy and the completed stand is sturdy. Recommended.
