If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

I LOVEEEE this lovely little toaster light. The "cuteness" factor sucked me in, however I love that the brightness is wholly adjustable, and too, that actually can be set via its internal time, via the off/on switch. Super easy!! Knowing that i can decrease its brightness in such a simple way, and then, simply press the same small lever twice, and ta-da!! It will turn itself off!! No, I'm not afraid of the dark, but at times I'm apprehensive of my clumsiness and sometimes unsteadiness, and to have a little bit of illumination in an otherwise dark room, at night-----is immensely helpful. It's great to be able to charge it via USB! No replacing batteries, and the life of a full charge is admirable---I've not timed it as of yet, but just basic periods of use, it it doesn't start growing dimmer, for a hefty period of time. I've considered purchasing a couple more for other rooms in my home, but then why, when this little toaster is compact, light, and smooth to the touch.......I can even slip it into a pocket, as I move around. I am considering going ahead and obtaining a second toaster, in a different available color, so as to pack it in my suitcasem for travel.. Defintely a hit, with me!! I'm very glad to have this spirit lifting feel good toaster in my home!!

Bought this little light for my step-daughter's dorm room. She was "all about it " and loved it. She liked the timer function, and the adorableness (if that's a word...) of it. Might have to have one myself. :D

I've never smiled at a little lamp so much the way I smile at this! I kiss it every single night. It is so stinking cute and it shines so BRIGHT! It is so comforting to look at. thankful for this little bedside lamp. I feel like it could cure depression
