If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

It is gorgeous!!! You will need help to installation! But it worth it!!

The chandelier looks so opulent and rich when the lights are turned off, and looks fabulous when the lights are turned on. It is modern, bling, and classic at the same time. Especially it's simple to fix the light frame and hang the crystal links.Everything is fine, and it feels solid.

It was just OK when I received and unpacked the package. However, I was astonishing by it after put it up! Super beautiful and luxury. Looks like real diamonds shinning in my room. It was much more than what I expected. The installation is also very friendly.
