xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

We use the following trusted couriers to ship your products: Fedex, UPS and DHL. all taxes and fees are included in the product price.
If you need to purchase an item by a specific date, contact us for a quote on expedited shipping. Once the package has left us, the courier company will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to deliver your order in a timely manner. If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

there is some assembly but its very easy. It didnt take long to install and if you use the Edison style bulbs it looks very beautiful. Fairly priced as well.

This was a fantastic purchase to upgrade my pantry. Looks very farmhouse chic & really brightened up the space with light. Highly recommend! Very easy to install. My husband had it up within a few minutes.

This light fixture is more beautiful in person. It has changed the whole look of our school area room (which was our dining room previously) We are so happy we purchased this model for the area. The light fixture looks and feels expensive. It was easy to install and put together. We love it and we are extremely happy with this purchase.
