xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

Make yourself available for two hours. Is easy to install it just take time . I love it ! I have two lights.

One word - beautiful. Very bright when turned on and makes my home feel magical.

Very pretty chandelier but it does require some very tedious work multiple small pieces that need to be connected together like mini keychains this light will take at least half a day to complete but it is very nice fit nicely in my home.

The lights bright, low bright and soft light and the crystals glisten in each one! For the price they are they quality is great!

Better than I expected. It's a good size and easy to install. It is time consuming on adding the crystals. But its easy to do.
