xYou will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

If you need to purchase an item by a specific date, contact us for a quote on expedited shipping. If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

Gorgeous Chandelier!!! It is so unique and handmade well! It puts out lots of light! My electrician was so impressed with its look as well as the light it produces. I had been looking for a chandelier for about a year, but had not found one that I liked; when I saw this one, I knew instantly it was the one I wanted! I am so happy with my purchase and so is my family!!!

It is a lovely subtle chandelier. It is subdued but stunning at the same time and I use it in my dining room and it can be installed in many ways. The electrician that installed it for thought it was beautiful as well. It is neither feminine or masculine just unusual.
