You will receive complete tracking information for your entire order. All of our products are made to order and shipped from our warehouses in China or US. If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.

If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?

First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
