SHIPPING

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Each of our items is crafted with care and most of our lighting fixtures are designed by European and Asian designers and handmade by our professionally experienced craftsmen.
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information.
Orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We use the services of trusted major international carriers to ensure that your package arrives safely at its destination.

What if my order shows as delivered but is missing?

There are a few steps you can take, preferably within 36 hours of the item showing as delivered:

1. Confirm your shipping address.

2. Check your mailbox and other entrances to your home.

3. Check to see if someone else in your home or a neighbor accepted the package.

4. check for notices of delivery attempts around your home.

5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL and more.) and provide your tracking number to initiate a claim.

6. Sometimes carriers will give notice of delivery prior to arrival, so we recommend waiting 36 hours.

If it has been 36 hours or more since notification of delivery, please contact our Customer Service and provide a claim number for further assistance. If the shipment is confirmed as "missing", we will be responsible for reshipping or refunding the shipment depending on your preference.

What if my shipment is seriously delayed?

Please contact the carrier and our customer service department to investigate. If it is confirmed that there is an anomaly (i.e. the package is missing) or that the delay will continue for an extended period of time, we will be responsible for reshipping or refunding the shipment according to your preference.

What if there is a breakage in transit?

Please contact the carrier and our customer service department to investigate. If it is confirmed that the item is indeed damaged, we will pick up the package and will be responsible for reshipping or refunding it, depending on your wishes.

How do I choose the right size light fixture for my space?

Choosing the right size light fixture for your space involves considering the size of the room, the height of the ceiling, and the function of the room. Here are some steps you can follow to help you choose the right size light fixture:

  1. Determine the size of the room: Measure the length and width of the room in feet and then add those two numbers together to get the room's size in square feet.
  2. Determine the ceiling height: Measure the height of the ceiling from the floor to the ceiling.
  3. Consider the function of the room: Different rooms have different lighting needs. For example, a dining room might require a larger, more decorative fixture than a hallway.
  4. Use the following guidelines to choose the appropriate size light fixture:
  • For a room with a ceiling height of 8 feet, choose a fixture that is 7 inches to 20 inches in diameter.
  • For a room with a ceiling height of 9 feet, choose a fixture that is 9 inches to 22 inches in diameter.
  • For a room with a ceiling height of 10 feet, choose a fixture that is 10 inches to 24 inches in diameter.
  • For a room with a ceiling height of 11 feet or higher, add an additional 3 inches to the diameter of the fixture for every foot of ceiling height.

Keep in mind that these are general guidelines, and your specific space may require a larger or smaller fixture depending on the style, shape, and amount of light needed.

What type of light bulbs do I need for my fixtures?

The type of bulb you need for your fixture depends on a variety of factors, such as the type of fixture, the maximum wattage of the fixture, the color temperature and your personal preference. We supply most of the LED fixtures in our store with factory bulbs, and some fixtures will require you to supply a corresponding bulb. However, you need to make sure that the bulb is compatible with the fixture and that the fixture can accommodate the size and wattage of the bulb.

How to Shorten or Adjust the Cable or Chain Lengths?

Cable (or cord): First, decide the mounting position and the final hanging height of the light, then the cable can be adjusted at the end of attaching the ceiling canopy. Simply cut off the cable to the needed length but please pay attention to allow a bit more left for connection to the supply wires.

Steel wire: Normally it goes through a small pin on the ceiling canopy. Simply pressing the pin, then you will be able to adjust it to be shorter by retracting into the canopy or longer by pulling it out (within the length range). When you adjust it to be shorter, you could also choose to cut off the redundant steel wire from the canopy end.

Chain: Determine the new length of the chain from the ceiling down and which link will be the last in line. Measure, Grip half of the link with a pair of pliers and use a second pair of pliers or an adjustable wrench to twist the other half, separating the link at the joint. Remove the unwanted portion of chain., where you wish the chandelier to hang. Then measure the fixture cord and chain on the chandelier and calculate how many links in the chain you should remove. If you want to well-protect the finish of the chain, you may cover it with a cloth.

Cut the chandelier cable/cord about 12 to 24 inches longer than the shortened chain to ensure that you have enough to weave through the links in the chain. Many people prefer to weave the wire through every second link in the chain, but this is a matter of preference.

How long is the warrantee?

First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it.

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

How do I specify my special requirements for my order?

If you have any requirements for our products, or any requirements for shipping, please let us know your requirements via Whatsapp or send us an email.

In the first instance, please contact our sales assistant to check feasibility before placing your order. If it is feasible, our sales assistant will guide you through the process of placing your order.

If you have already placed an order but have special requirements, please also contact our sales assistant to check feasibility. If it is feasible, we will arrange it. If not, you also have the right to amend or cancel your order and receive a full refund before shipment.
