If the lamp appears crooked, please first adjust the top disc fitting to ensure it is securely fastened. Then, gently rotate and position the glass shade to achieve a level, horizontal alignment. Only after confirming the proper angle should you proceed with the final installation. Please pay close attention to this step, as improper installation can cause the lamp to hang unevenly and may give the false impression of a defect.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
