If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.

I bought these for my closet but I liked them so much that I ordered more for my hallway.

Great lights! Just what we were looking for. And fairly easy to install. Had to do some initial shoving, but you get the hang of it.

Im happy with the style and quality. I spent a long time trying to align the screws to hold the glass on at the end but eventually I got it. I also had to use shorter screws than the ones provided so the fixture would be flush with the ceiling and not hanging down. It probably would have been easier with two people

I needed a flush mount fixture for the master bedroom. This fit the bill perfectly. It adds plenty of light.

Perfect light for our dark entry. Doesn't hang down so it is minimalist, stylish, and doesn't shout "notice me!!" Love it!
